.NET: Progammatic manipulation of Windows VPN
After hours of searching I finally found a solution to manipulate, including connecting to, Windows RRAS (including VPN) connections in .NET: DotRas.
If you need code examples aside from the ones supplied in the release download and the ones in the help file, there are some console programs in certain changesets on its CodePlex.
